Learning Art techniques through materials exploration, art history, and fun!

This class is designed for the kids who love art and want more than school is able to offer. We will explore drawing, painting, sculpture, clay, and more. In addition to technique your child will be introduced and inspired by Art History. Your art kiddo will be able to improve their art skills while learning from the masters!

instructor: Jane Pinneau

Jane Pinneau has taught art in the public schools for over 35 years and now works for UGA in the Art Education Department. Jane is a TREEHOUSE groupie and hands down queen (and doctor) of ART! Her crafty magic is felt by everyone and I wouldn’t be surprised if her tears are made of glitter! It is an absolute dream to have her in our classroom!

Session I :: 8/26- 10/18 (no class labor day 9/3) | 7 weeks

Session II: 10/21-12/19 (no Friday class 12/20) | 9 weeks

Session III :1 /6- 3/7 | 9 weeks

Session IV : 3- 10 5/16 (no class spring break 4/7-4/11) | 9 weeks

~ If you are joining mid-session, give us a call at 706-850-8226! we'll settle up with a prorated sign up rate equivalent to the number of weeks you're with us. :) ~

Cancellation Policy:
If you sign up for a session and cannot make it, just let us know. If you let us know 72 hours before the start of session, we will refund you less a $50 security deposit

If you do not show up to session and do not let us know, your registration can sadly not be refunded. Our staff and instructors put a lot of thought and energy into each class and prepare for each spot in our classes. No show fees will be put towards the many scholarships and donations that we give throughout the year.

If you miss an Art School class, you can make up classes on Saturdays. All make-ups must be made within your session unless approved by us.

Safety Policy + Drop Off Waiver:
All classes are organized and fully staffed to drop off students. If you choose to stay here, that is fine too. If you choose to drop off your child for a class, you MUST fill out a waiver and sign IN and OUT. This is for contact tracing! It is our goal to provide the safest experience for our TREEHOUSE families.
